Lori was taught at an early age by her parents to give back to the community, help those in need, and never look away. While chatting with TGI clients one evening, she found that half the people at her table were one-time residents of her neighborhood. It brought home to Lori that homelessness can happen to anyone, and is not planned or wanted.
